Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy Mandated refund policy per NYCRR 6028.7 -Students will receive a 100% refund prior to the start of instruction. -For courses divided between two days, the student will receive a 50% refund if requested before the start of the second day. -A security guard training school cannot assess any non-refundable registration fees, cancellation fees, or deposits. -For all refunds, Kind Hand Security LLC will follow DCJS mandated policy and procedure. Applicants must also present a valid NYS photo ID, the method of payment used including the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card and the receipt of payment when requesting a refund. -Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed.
